Happy New Year
We were awarded the DORSET TRUST NHS CONFEDERATION CONTRACT during 2006 and have formed a partnership with NHS LOGISTICS using their BLUE DIAMOND on-line service. We also retained the MAIDSTONE AND TUNBRIDGE WELLS TRUST contract and LEWISHAM and BROMLEY HOSPITALS CONFEDERATION contracts.
CSP has developed a procedure for e-mailing proofs to customers, this helps speed up the process to approval down to a matter of hours, this was widely used by Customers in 2006 and we are expecting to see a further increase in 2007.
Requests from Customers for virtual catalogues assisting with identifying and ordering on-line dramatically increased during 2006 a trend we see continuing during the new year.
2006 also saw the advert of our on-line estimating service which offers quotes in 6 hours, we are aware that the specification form is two print technical and are working on a more user friendly page which will be available during 2007.
We have attained accreditation to the ISO 14001 environmental standard and are currently attempting to amalgamate the ISO 9001/2000, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 the Health and Safety standard into an integrated management system during 2007.
CSP finalised a major investment during December 2006 in digital printing equipment which will treble the size and capacity of this important department allowing us to further reach our environmental goals and assist us to reduce print lead times.
